Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Summit.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Summit, its materials, and presentations, are owned by Swordfishly or its licensors. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or display any Summit materials without prior written permission from Swordfishly.

Swordfishly is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to attendees or their property arising from their participation in the Summit, unless such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of Swordfishly.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
