Swordfishly Innovation Summit Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or participating in the Swordfishly Innovation Summit (the “Summit”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not attend or participate in the Summit.

2. Registration and Participation

Registration for the Summit is subject to availability. Swordfishly reserves the right to refuse registration for any reason.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Summit. Swordfishly is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained by attendees.

3. Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Summit.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Summit, its materials, and presentations, are owned by Swordfishly or its licensors. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or display any Summit materials without prior written permission from Swordfishly.

5. Liability

Swordfishly is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to attendees or their property arising from their participation in the Summit, unless such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of Swordfishly.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

7. Changes to Terms

Swordfishly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
